Diesel/General Mechanic for Heavy Equipment
Winter over in sunny, warm Arizona for about two months (possibly longer) repairing farm equipment on our 1100+ acre farm and ranch. Live onsite in Arizona’s beautiful, mountainous, High Sonoran Desert in this rugged, off the grid setting. No tobacco or alcohol. Agreed-upon amount for all services plus travel reimbursement and housing provided.

Position available immediately.

Experience with CAT D9 Bulldozer a plus. Ability to diagnose, rebuild, fix, and maintain diesel and gas engines.

Caretaker/Jack of All Trades
Must be self-sufficient and able to maintain functionality of a remote, off the grid farm/ranch. General maintenance skills required to keep running water and generator power to the provided housing. Ability to drive a tractor and other farm equipment, repair and maintain dirt roads and fences, and able to identify and fix basic maintenance problems. Live onsite in Arizona’s beautiful, mountainous, High Sonoran Desert. No tobacco or alcohol. Temporary or possible permanent position for the right person. Salary plus housing provided.
